Position Summary: We want to emphasize that this is an ophthalmology research position which will involve direct patient contact.

Responsibilities: The Clinical Research Ophthalmic Photographer performs ophthalmic photography, imaging, and ocular and vision measurements for clinical research protocols in the department of Ophthalmology. The majority of the photographer's time is spent in direct patient care using cameras, ultrasound and other ophthalmic equipment, and managing and organizing the data collected.



Qualifications: Requires two years photography experience or a degree in photography; ophthalmic photography experience preferred. Computer skills are required. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of ocular anatomy and physiology and ophthalmic photographic techniques or acquire these skills through on-the-job training.





Additional Qualifications: CRA, COA, or COT preferred.

Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $22.35 per hour.
