Responsible for promoting Mayo Clinic's core values and supporting community based health care and integrated delivery systems through the sale and services of Mayo Medical Laboratories (MML). In alignment with the MML sales process and in collaboration with the RSR, has overall territory accountability for generating new business revenue, establishing long-term business relationships, developing and leading specific account strategies, managing all aspects of new sale activities, account retention and growth.
**This position requires selected candidate to work from an office in your home located within territory of support (Washington State, Oregon and Northern California). Requires a bachelor's degree in business, medical technology, or sciences. A minimum of three years of sales experience or business management experience is also required.
Health care industry experience is preferred. Must have excellent human relations, management, and communications skills. Must be accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable, responsible, and able to perform well within multi-functional environments, and be customer-focused. Ability to manage several projects or tasks simultaneously and to exercise appropriate judgment when prioritizing projects. Decision-making and problem-solving ability, adherence to Mayo Clinic and MCSI policies and procedures. Ability to function and work in a diverse work environment while selling MCSI Services and providing direction to clients in a concise, sensitive, informative, and professional manner. Keeping a positive and courteous tone, particularly in adversarial discussions. Keeping abreast of regulatory issues, reimbursement issues, and service requirements. **This position requires selected candidate to work from an office in your home located within territory of support (Washington State, Oregon and Northern California).
License or Certification:
A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation. 80% Travel is required.

Compensation Detail: Salaried - Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
