Physical Therapist-Supplementa Job

Description
Licensed Physical Therapists are responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, reevaluation, and education of patients referred to PM&R for physical therapy. Therapists also serve as clinical instructors for physical therapy students and other medical professionals. The physical therapist works closely with the patient, family and other members of a physician led team in providing individualized patient treatment. Physical Therapists participate in department/ and program planning. Schedule and days are based patient need. Locations: St. Mary's Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, Methodist Hospital PM&R, St. Mary's (acute) Hospital PM&R, Mayo Outpatient PM&R, and Charter House. (004794)
Department: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Basic Qualifications: A minimum of B.S./B.A. in Physical Therapy or a Certificate of Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university. Current physical therapy licensure in the State of Minnesota. Complies with necessary continuing education requirements to maintain state licensure.

Salary: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $27.23 per hour.
