Online Operations Specialist Job

Description
Individual is responsible for providing high quality customer and technical service to a select group of Mayo Clinic Health Management Resources e-Health Package clients. Clients include employers, health plans, and other national organizations. This position requires a combination of strong client service skills (ability to work with and manage relationships with business-to-business clients), strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong organizational and technical skills (managing timelines, orders, operational procedures, technical tasks, and various technical applications), and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment. Department: Online Operations
Basic Qualifications: Associate degree in business or a related field required. Minimum of five years business experience, with specific Internet-based experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree beneficial. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Internet-based applications and software experience with MS Office, Photoshop, Acrobat, Goldmine, and Web-based plug ins. Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, independent problem solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an operations/client service field would be extremely beneficial.
