Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

Previous clinical dietetics experience is preferred. Master’s degree in nutrition or related field is preferred. Certification in sub-specialty fields is preferred.

Functions as a customer service liaison between patients/visitors and department to meet their needs. Delivers, picks up patient trays. Communicates with members of the department. Ensures safe environment of care. Functions as Room Service Starter. Initiates the tray assembly process. Basic Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. 1 year previous experience as a nurse aide or experience with geriatrics, preferred. Additional course work dealing in hospital or nursing home patient care, preferred.

Other Qualifications:
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Ability to utilize basic sanitation techniques. Personable and attentive to detail. Ability to demonstrate good judgement, tact and patience. Good decision-making and problem solving skills.

Schedule Details: Position works 2-3 evenings; Start times between 4pm-5pm.
